This is a blog with shoots which I've styled, done the make-up, directed and photographed. I have also reviewed Fashion of Today, so take a sneek peek at the Coco Rose.

Style

okay so this is a reported account of each day what i wear, i will try to record each day...but hey ho giving it a go.

I always incorperate different elements into my wardrobe such as the structured silhouette of Balmain, the edgy cutts of Vivienne Westwood, the classics designs of Chanel, the unique technicolour prints of Alexander Mcqeen and Christopher Kane. I love the ruffled collars in Erdem's Fall 2009 collection, the high neckline and micro short hems of Balenciaga's Fall 2006 collection and of course the elegance of Valentino and Lanvin. But I always have to incorperate a vintage flair as I LOVE wearing things that have been worn before as they have a history and a story to them. That's were my 1960's flair comes in, I love the bold, vivid designs and prints of this era, this is where fashion took a major non conservative turn and is where one of my style icons, Edie Sedgwick, became a 'superstar' from being Andy Warhol's Muse.

But to own pieces from these designers I would have to grovel at all the boutique doors for a massive discount. Knowning that a chance of this happening is a million to one...I try to create these looks through customising my clothes, rumaging vintage stores, rumaging mum's warbrobe, ebay and charity shop shopping.

And for the icing on the cake I have a strict rule, which I do occasionally break, if I must, which is I can only spend £10 or less, it's hard but with earning spending money of £18 I have to SAVE SAVE SAVE! and believe me it's very hard but very fun.
