Okay, love them or hate them but clogs are obviously been highlighted as a must have high heel. Clogs were first revealed to the public by Scholl but Chanel have been reinvented into skyscraper pedestal platforms which are truly unique.
On the LOVE side of the argument they are bold, beautiful and evoke a very playful element which I find captivating. On the HATE side of the debate...okay I'm trying to think of negatives about them but I simply can NOT!
I have my eye on a pair at Topshop (as seen below) but they are £70. So for now I am regularly going into Topshop and trying them on while I stroke the deep chestnut leather and brass stumps. But you will be the first to hear of when I purchase these babies!
I would team clogs;
DAY
wide leg indigo jean, crisp white blouse and a peach coloured blazer with a brown suede tassel bag.
or
Over sized thick black/grey knitted jumper, black opaque tights, huge costume like jewelry necklace and of course vamp it up with a deep reddish/purplish lipstick (preferably get "the lips in vamp" at Topshop)
NIGHT
Ethereal, pastel coloured baggy dress (very short and high neck!) with opaque
tights, color dependent on pastel, hair up with huge earrings and a cocktails ring too! more jewellery the better for evening!trust me ;)
